Our right to cancel an event

Should we need to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will aim to give you as much notice as possible of the cancellation. We will give you a full refund or if you prefer a transfer to an alternative available date, space permitting. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for travel or other costs.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend one of our events we are able to offer a refund up to 7 days before the event. Any time after this, we can transfer your booking to an alternative date providing that we still have availability. If a request for transferring dates of tickets is made with less than 48 hours notice before start time of event – no transfer or refund will be available. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly if you have any issues. We reserve the right to apply a £10 admin fee for transfers.

Private/Corporate Bookings

We require full payment for corporate/private bookings prior to the event to secure the booking.

For cancellations please contact us directly, however, please be aware that a cancellation fee may occur.

If the number of people attending the event decreases after payment has been made, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for those unable to attend.

Should you wish to add on any additional people to the event after the invoice has been paid, the cost will be the same price per head as the original booking.


Photographs and Videos will be taken during our events for marketing uses. By purchasing a ticket you are accepting these terms. However, if you would like to be excluded from this simply send us an email: or just let one of our artists know on the day and we'll make sure to leave you out of them!
