We aim to deal with returns within 3 working days after receiving the item back from you.

You can return the item back to us within 14 days after purchase. Make sure you obtain proof of dispatch from postal services, in case it will go missing. That will work as a proof that goods were sent back to us.

If you haven’t received your refund after returning the item back to us within 14 days - please let us know.

Returned items must be in its original condition – unused, unopened, in its original packaging and with all tags intact.

Returns that miss to fulfill these requirements will not be accepted for return and will be sent back. No refund will be provided.

In case you receive a faulty/incorrect item – please contact us and provide us with photo of item received, so we can solve this for you.

 

Your kit will be delivered straight to your door!

We process and ship orders within 48 hours on working days. We don’t ship on weekends!

Please make sure you enter your delivery address correctly and in full at the checkout, as we will not be able to update it after payment has been made.

Items sent to UK addresses should arrive within 2-5 working days.

Delivery to European addresses a bit longer – up to 10 working days.

Rest of the world should receive their packages within 15-20 working days.

If you don’t receive your goods in stated delivery time – please contact us so we can resolve this for you.
